 Garlic is an Australian Grown Garlic
** Plant in Autumn **
Seperate the cloves and plant  in well composted soil in a sunny position with the pointy tip upwards
Each clove will form a new bulb 
Garlic has medicinal qualities as well as  adding
flavour to a great many culinary dishes from a 
large number of cultures
Can be companion planted with roses as a deterrent to aphids
Garlic is a very easy crop to plant and has no real
pests or diseases to worry about. Very much a 
“Set and forget” crop 🧄
Harvest when foilage turns yellow and starts to die off . This is usually mid Spring to Summer time
