Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love our products as much as we do! However, if you are unhappy for any reason ,we are willing to issue you a store credit  to the same value of your purchase. All shipping fees are the responsible of the customer. Please email us first at 

hello@harvestandhomewares.com.au to advise you would like to return a product. Please do this within 7 days of receiving your items. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any item returned not in a saleable condition will unfortunately not be able to be exchanged or refunded. Items received with obvious use or misuse will not be refunded.

We recommend you carefully pack your item and use tracked postage when shipping. We cannot be responsible for lost items or items received damaged unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

 

All returned items must have proof of purchase and in the case of any damaged, faulty or not as described items, we will require photos and returning the item may be necessary for us to inspect the problem. Returning the item is not an automatic guarantee of a refund as we need to be satisfied of the cause of the problem. Refunds will be done as quickly as possible, but may take 7-10 days to be completed.

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless the product is damaged, faulty or not as described as is legislated by Australian Consumer Laws. Shipping will be waived only if the item is returned under Consumer Law conditions.

 

Please note that all checks are done prior to sending your goods and any mislabelling or variations in colours, weight or size are certainly in no way a deliberate act on our part. Colours may vary due to the lighting etc when photos are taken ,but we endeavour to be as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to edit any photos and descriptions at any time if we believe we can improve in any way.

Products that cannot be exchanged ( unless damaged, faulty or not as described) :

  • Sale/Clearance items

  • GreenLife products - all plants/trees/bushes/bare root lines 

  • Special orders

  • Ear Rings for pierced ears

  • Unpackaged items e.g soaps

  • Anything hand made by us (it will be noted in the product description)

  • Gift vouchers

 

Return Tender

Refunds for all purchases will be given using the same method of payment. If not available, a Gift Voucher will be issued.

We will notify you via email once it is completed and please be aware that some banks take 3-5 business days (or longer in some cases) to issue the refund back to you.

 

Gift or Bonus with Purchase Offers and Bundled Items

Where merchandise is purchased with a gift, the gift or bonus must also be returned. If you are unable to do this, or it is not in a saleable condition, its full retail value will be deducted from any refund that may be due.

 

Breakages

Please contact us within 48 hours if possible to report any damage/breakages so we can lodge a claim as soon as possible with the delivery provider if applicable.Please apply for a refund within 7 days of receiving your goods ( the sooner the better), and we will do our best to rectify the problem for you. Your custom is important to us. Reach out to hello@harvestandhomewares.com.au We take great care and pride in the picking and packing of your order. We pack in a way to avoid any breakages or damaged in transit and we wrap every item individually but are also conscious to try and reduce and reuse packaging wherever possible. In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged ,Harvest and Homewares will arrange a replacement of the item if available or if not, you can choose a store credit or a refund.

 

If your parcel is lost we will replace or refund only if it is incorrectly addressed by us.

We do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that have been incorrectly supplied or with insufficient information.
