Q. Where is my order?

At the moment Aust. Post is taking anywhere from 3-10 days to deliver orders, which makes it difficult to estimate arrival times. If you have not received your order after 10 days, and you have checked your tracking number online with Aust Post, please CONTACT US and we will try and help you.

 

Q. What if I haven’t received my order confirmation?

All successful orders will receive a confirmation within a few hours of the order being received. (Between business hours of 9am-5pm) Outside of these hours and on the weekend or Public Holidays the confirmations may take up to 48 hours. Please check your junk/spam folder as confirmation emails sometimes get tagged as spam. Please also check if the funds have been taken from your account. If they haven’t, your order may not have come through successfully. If you are unsure, please CONTACT US.

 

Q. If I am buying bulk amount of plants/trees, do I get a discount? There are some bulk offers on our website of 6 -10 plants/trees but if you are ordering higher quantities than this, please CONTACT US with a list of what you would like and we will happily provide you with a quote.

 

Q. Can I add an item to my order after I have placed it?

If it hasn’t been processed ,yes of course! Please CONTACT US as soon as possible

 

Q. What do I do if there is an item missing from my order?

Please CONTACT US with your order number and we will look into it for you

 

Q. What if something arrives broken/damaged in my order?

Please CONTACT US and we will work out a replacement/refund for you.

 

Q. Has my order been shipped yet?

We generally ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order unless it’s during a sale period for which we ask you to understand there will be delays due to high volumes of orders
