Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight ,size and the destination and this is done at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you believe there is an error in calculation.

 

Some of our items are quite large, heavy and bulky and in some cases a separate shipping quote may be needed. Please send us an email if you would like to check on shipping costs before you place your order at hello@harvestandhomewares.com.au When an order is placed, it is your responsibility to ensure the address you enter via the checkout process is CORRECT as your items will be sent to that address and Harvest and Homewares are not liable or responsible in any way if you make a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.

 

Please note, you must supply us with street address as we do not accept post office boxes.

We use Australia Post, Sendle and in some cases a courier. If you do not wish to supply a street address then unfortunately you will not be able to purchase from us. You could consider pickup if we are close enough to you.

Please make sure the items you are choosing do not have Pickup/Delivery only marked on them. Unless otherwise stated on the description, plants/trees cannot be posted and some seeds and bulbs will have State restrictions to some areas.

 

 

All items leave from our temporary address in Forest Hill, Victoria and are packed by us with the greatest of care to avoid any breakages or damage in transit. Each item is individually wrapped and we protect each item whilst being mindful of the environment and reusing and recycling packaging wherever possible.

 

Please notify us as soon as possible, within 48 hours if any item is delivered damaged or broken and we will help to work out an agreeable way to rectify the situation as quickly as we can

You have up to 14 days to notify us, but the sooner the better, so we can send you a replacement!

 

All parcels are shipped 3-5 times per week (excluding weekends) Australia wide. Any order placed over a weekend or public holiday will not begin processing until the next business trading day. In general, orders are dispatched between 1-3 business days.

 

Express Shipping is available, please contact us at hello@harvestandhomewares.com.au to discuss the costs and we will issue you an invoice for the parcel.

 

International Shipping is available upon request. If you email us with a list of products you would like, we are happy to quote shipping to you.All items are listed in Australian dollars with GST shown on the invoice.Any taxes or Government charges, bank fees etc are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If you are based in an Australian Capital City, you can expect your delivery within 2-5 business days after dispatch. Regional areas tend to be longer , and can be anywhere between 5-10 business days.

Please note the delivery times are a guide only and once a parcel has been dispatched,

Harvest and Homewares has no control over the delivery time frame.

The location of your parcel can be seen by using the tracking information we provide to you via email once dispatched.

 

If you are concerned that your item is taking too long to arrive, please use your tracking information

supplied and if you are unable to locate the parcel, please reach out to us at hello@harvestandhomewares.com.au and we will do the best we can to help you.
