Austral Organic Garlic
Divide the garlic into its cloves and plant them 5cm deep in well worked soil.
Plant in Autumn/Winter. They require a rich organic soil in a sunny position
The garlic is dug in late Spring or Summer when leaves have turned yellow.
Allow to dry off and harden before storing them
